Before we get into this homemade Caesar Dressing recipe, I want to explain the “no anchovies”. I am not against anchovies, in fact I am quite the fan of those little omega packed salty fish. But not everyone is, and I wanted to make a vegetarian Caesar salad dressing recipe.
Ingredients You’ll Need:
- ½ cup 0% Greek yogurt
- 4 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ⅛ teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon grated parmesan (optional)
- 3 tablespoons water

Healthy Vegetarian Caesar Dressing Meal Prep and Storage
Meal Prep: You can easily meal prep this salad dressing and have it ready for all week. Just add all the ingredients to a jar, cover and shake. Then refrigerate, and shake before using.
Storage: Will hold in the fridge for 7 days, does not hold well in the freezer.

Ingredients
- ½ cup 0% Greek yogurt
- 4 tablespoons Dijon mustard

- 3 tablespoons water
Instructions
- To a medium bowl combine all the ingredients for homemade Caesar salad dressing.
- Mix well. If too thick, add 1 tablespoon of water at a time until you reach your desired thickness.
- Taste, and add more salt or pepper as needed.
- Store in an airtight container (jars are great for storage) for up to 7 days in the fridge.
