Pear Rosemary Pork Chops

  • 2 pork chops bone-in or boneless
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 pear halved with the seeds scooped out
  • 2 small sprigs rosemary
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • Salt and pepper

Garlic Lemon Pork Chops

  • 2 pork chops bone-in or boneless
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves whole
  • 1 lemon cut into wedges
  • Salt and Pepper

Cinnamon Apple Pork Chops

  • 2 pork chops bone-in or boneless
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 2 apples cored and sliced
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice
  • Salt and pepper

Stove Top Barbecue Pork Chops

  • 2 pork chops bone-in or boneless
  • ¼ cup organic barbecue sauce
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

Low Calorie Pan Fried Pork Chops

  • 2 pork chops bone-in or boneless
  • ¼ cup Panko bread crumbs original or gluten-free
  • 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

Instructions
 

Pear Rosemary Pork Chops

  • Heat a large pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Add oil, and then the pork chops.
  • Add in the pears, garlic cloves, and rosemary to the pan and let cook, undisturbed for 5 minutes (boneless) or 8 minutes (bone in).
  • Flip the pork chops and pears and cook undisturbed for 5 minutes (boneless) or 8 minutes (bone in). Cook until there is no pink in the center.
  • Sprinkle with salt and pepper, and drizzle over honey before serving with cooked pears.

Garlic Lemon Pork Chops

  • Heat a large pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Add oil, and then the pork chops.
  • Add in 1/2 the lemon wedges, garlic cloves and let cook, undisturbed for 5 minutes (boneless) or 8 minutes (bone in).
  • Flip the pork chops and lemons and cook undisturbed for 5 minutes (boneless) or 8 minutes (bone in). Cook until there is no pink in the center.
  • Sprinkle with salt and pepper, and serve with lemon wedges.

Cinnamon Apple Pork Chops

  • Heat a large pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Add oil, and then the pork chops.
  • Add in the apples, and sprinkle the pork chops lightly with cinnamon. Let cook, undisturbed for 5 minutes (boneless) or 8 minutes (bone in).
  • Flip the pork chops and apples and cook undisturbed for 5 minutes (boneless) or 8 minutes (bone in). Cook until there is no pink in the center.
  • Sprinkle with salt and pepper, and serve with cooked apples.

Stove Top Barbecue Pork Chops

  • Add the pork chops, barbecue sauce, garlic, and honey to a gallon freezer bag and squish together. Place in the fridge and marinade for 2-12 hours.
  • Heat a large pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Add oil, and then the pork chops. Reserve the barbecue sauce.
  • Let cook, undisturbed for 5 minutes (boneless) or 8 minutes (bone in).
  • Flip the pork chops cover with barbecue sauce, and cook undisturbed for 5 minutes (boneless) or 8 minutes (bone in). Cook until there is no pink in the center.
  • Sprinkle with salt and pepper, and serve.

Low Calorie Pan Fried Pork Chops

  • Add the bread crumbs, parmesan cheese and garlic salt to a shallow bowl or pie pan. Mix together and set aside.
  • Crack the egg into a second shallow bowl or pie pan, whisk.
  • Working in batches, dip each pork chop in egg, then in the breadcrumbs, then move to a plate.
  • Heat a large pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Add oil, and then the pork chops. Let cook, undisturbed for 5 minutes (boneless) or 8 minutes (bone in).
  • Flip the pork chops and cook undisturbed for 5 minutes (boneless) or 8 minutes (bone in). Cook until there is no pink in the center.
