This Low Calorie Strawberry Lemonade Recipe is just 12 calories and all natural! This healthy strawberry lemonade is also low sugar thanks to my nifty ingredient swap (see recipe card).
Ingredients You’ll Need:
- 1 ¾ cups all-natural zero calorie sweetener (see recipe card)
- 8 cups water divided
- ½ pound strawberries sliced
- 1 ½ cups lemon juice about 8 lemons
- 1 lemon sliced (optional- for garnish)
- 3 strawberries sliced (optional- for garnish)

Healthy Strawberry Lemonade Meal Prep and Storage
Meal Prep: You can meal prep (or make party pitchers) by making the drink and skipping the ice. Then cover (jars are great for this) and store for later.
Storage: Will hold for 5 days in the fridge.
Serving: Pour over ice and enjoy.

Low Calorie Strawberry Lemonade
Equipment
- Juicer (see photos in article above)
Ingredients
- 1 ¾ cups all-natural zero calorie sweetener
- 8 cups water divided
- ½ pound strawberries sliced
- 1 ½ cups lemon juice about 8 lemons
- 1 lemon sliced (optional- for garnish)
- 3 strawberries sliced (optional- for garnish)
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, combine all-natural zero calorie sweetener, strawberries and 1 cup of water.
- Bring to boil and stir to dissolve all-natural zero calorie sweetener. Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate until chilled.
- Add the strawberry filled syrup to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Strain the strawberry mixture through a fine mesh strainer, and discard seeds and thick pulp.
- Squeeze all the lemons, and strain out any seeds and most of the pulp.
- In a large pitcher, stir together chilled strawberry syrup, fresh lemon juice and remaining 7 cups of water.
- To serve: Fill a large glass with ice, pour homemade strawberry lemonade over the ice and garnish with a lemon slice.
