This Low Calorie Sheet Pan Pizza is just 45 calories per slice, and it comes with a healthy toppings guide!
Ingredients You’ll Need:
- 1 (15-oz) can tomato sauce
- 1 (6-oz) can tomato paste
- 3 tablespoons fresh basil or Italian Seasoning
- 3 garlic cloves
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- 1 ¼ cup self rising flour
- 1 ¼ cup 0% Greek yogurt
- ½ teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ⅓ cup fat free mozzarella cheese

- Turkey pepperoni (9 calories per slice)
- Bell pepper (3 calories per slice)
- Red onion (2 calories per slice)
- Sliced black olives (3 calories per slice)
- Mushrooms (1 calories per slice)
- Italian turkey sausage (9 calories per slice)
- Tomato (2 calories per slice)
- Jalapeno (1 calories per slice)

Low Calorie Sheet Pan Pizza
Healthy Sheet Pan Pizza Meal Prep and Storage
Meal Prep: Prepare the sauce and dough as directed. Roll out the dough and add toppings and cover with plastic wrap (leaving on the baking tray).
Freeze Entire Pizza – Move to the freezer, will hold for up to a month.
To Bake Frozen Pizzas – Follow the directions below on baking, but add 2-5 minutes if still frozen.
Refrigerate Entire Pizza – Move to the fridge, will hold for 3-4 days.
To Bake Refrigerated Pizzas – Follow the directions below on baking.
Freeze Leftover Slices – Add 1-3 slices to a freezer bag or container and freeze.
To Reheat Frozen Slices – Add to the oven at 350 degrees and bake for 10 minutes, or microwave for 2-3 minutes, or pop in the toaster oven.
Refrigerate Leftover Slices – Add 1-3 slices to a freezer bag or container and refrigerate.

Equipment
- 1 Sheet Pan OR 2 cookie sheets
Ingredients
Low Calorie Pizza Sauce:
- 1 (15-oz) can tomato sauce
- 1 (6-oz) can tomato paste
- 3 tablespoons fresh basil or Italian Seasoning
- 3 garlic cloves finely chopped
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
Low Calorie Pizza Dough
- 1 ¼ cup self rising flour
- 1 ¼ cup 0% Greek yogurt
- ½ teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasonings
- ⅓ cup fat free mozzarella cheese shredded
Low Calorie Toppings (optional):
- ½ cup turkey pepperoni
- 2 bell pepper sliced
- 1 red onion sliced
- 1 cup sliced black olives
- 2 cups mushrooms
- 2 Italian turkey sausage cooked and crumbled
- 2 tomato sliced
- 2 jalapeno sliced
- 4 garlic cloves minced
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees, and set out one large sheet pan, or 2 cookie sheets.
- In a medium bowl, combine the pizza sauce ingredients and mix well. Set aside to marinate.
- In a mixing bowl, add the flour, yogurt, garlic salt and Italian seasonings and mix until combined.
- Form into a ball of dough.
- Lay a piece of parchment paper out on the countertop (it should be the size of the sheet pan or the 2 cookie sheets you set out).
- Place the dough in the center of the parchment paper. Top the dough with a little flour and a second piece of parchment paper.
- Use a rolling pin to roll it out. It will be about 1/4 inch thick.
- Move the pizza dough to the sheet pan, and remove the top layer of parchment paper.
- Spread the sauce over the pizza crust, sprinkle over the cheese. And add your desired toppings.
- Transfer the pizza into the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, when the crust is golden it’s done.
- Remove the pizza from the oven and slice into 20 slices.
- Serve hot.
