This mojitos recipe is only 100 calories thanks to my low calorie cocktail trick! There are only 5 ingredients in this low calorie recipe too, so it’s easy to make!
Ingredients You’ll Need:
- 3 ounces light rum
- 6 mint sprigs
- 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 2 tablespoons all natural zero calorie simple syrup (see recipe card)
- Club soda
- 2 slices lime

Healthy Mojitos Meal Prep and Storage
Meal Prep: You can meal prep (or make party pitchers) by making the drink and skipping the ice. Then cover (jars are great for this) and store for later.
Storage: Will hold for 2 days in the fridge, or add to the freezer for a month.
Serving: Pour over ice and enjoy.

Equipment
- Cocktail shaker
Ingredients
- 3 ounces light rum
- 6 mint sprigs
- 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 2 tablespoons all natural zero calorie simple syrup
- Club soda
- 2 slices lime
Instructions
- Muddle simple syrup and 4 mint sprigs in a cocktail shaker.
- Add the rum and lime juice, and fill the shaker with ice.
- Cover, and shake vigorously for about 20 seconds.
- Strain cocktail into a tall glass filled with ice.
- Top off with club soda, and garnish with a sprig of mint and a slice of lime.
