- 2 tablespoons Everything Bagel Seasoning optional
Instructions

- Wet your hands (so they don’t stick to the dough) and shape into a large dough ball.
- Flour a clean countertop or surface, and transfer the dough to the floured surface.
- Add a bit more flour to the top of the dough, and use a rolling pin to roll out to a large 12 inch square.
- Use a pizza cutter or sharp knife to cut into 24 squares (3 cuts vertically and 5 across).
- Wrap a piece of dough around each mini hot dog, and pinch closed.
- If using the bagel seasoning, add to a plate and roll each prepared pig in a blanket in the seasoning before adding to the prepared baking sheet. Otherwise, just add the prepared pigs in a blanket to the parchment paper lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve hot with any of your favorite dipping sauces.
