Meal Prep: You can make this healthy recipe ahead of time and chill in the fridge for later. Combine all the ingredients in a storage container, mix well and cover. Then place in the fridge for later.
Storage: Will hold in the fridge for 5 days, does not hold well in the fridge.

Ingredients
- ½ cup Low Calorie BBQ Sauce or store-bought
- ½ cup 0% Greek yogurt

Instructions
- To a medium bowl, add the ingredients and mix together.
- Taste and add more salt as needed, and if too thick, add in 1-2 teaspoons more water. If too sweet add in 1 more tablespoon greek yogurt.
