Ingredients
 
 

  • ½ cup Low Calorie BBQ Sauce or store-bought
  • ½ cup 0% Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup yellow mustard
  • 2 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions
 

  • To a medium bowl, add the ingredients and mix together.
  • Taste and add more salt as needed, and if too thick, add in 1-2 teaspoons more water. If too sweet add in 1 more tablespoon greek yogurt.
  • Will hold for 5 days in the fridge (mix again before serving).
