Ingredients You’ll Need:
- 1 ¾ cups all-natural zero calorie sweetener (see recipe card)
- 1 cup dried lavender flowers
- 8 cups water
- 8 lemons
Low Calorie Lavender Lemonade
Healthy Lavender Lemonade Meal Prep and Storage
Meal Prep: You can meal prep by making the lemonade, then adding to a pitcher or jars and covering. Place in the fridge until ready to serve.
Storage: Will hold for 6 days in the fridge.
Serving: Pour over ice and enjoy.

Low Calorie Lavender Lemonade
Equipment
- Citrus Juicer
Ingredients
- 1 ¾ cups all-natural zero calorie sweetener
- 1 cup dried lavender flowers
- 8 cups water divided
- 1 ½ cups lemon juice about 8 lemons
- 1 lemon sliced (optional- for garnish)
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, combine all-natural zero calorie sweetener, dried lavender leaves and 1 cup of water.
- Bring to boil and stir to dissolve all-natural zero calorie sweetener.
- Cool to room temperature, strain with a fine mesh strainer to remove the lavender leaves then refrigerate until chilled.
- Squeeze all the lemons, and strain out any seeds, but leave pulp if you like (I do!).
- In a large pitcher, stir together chilled lavender syrup, fresh lemon juice and remaining 7 cups of water.
- To serve: Fill a large glass with ice, pour homemade lemonade over the ice and garnish with a lemon slice.
