- ½ cup water
- 2 chai tea bags

Healthy Iced Chai Latte Meal Prep and Storage
Meal Prep: You can meal prep this drink for the week. Make several servings (see the recipe card for 1x, 2x, 3x to increase servings) and chill them in jars without the ice. It’s ok if there is extra room in the jars, when you are ready to drink, just fill it up with ice.
Storage: Will hold for 5 days in the fridge.
Serving: Pour over ice and enjoy.

Low Calorie Iced Chai Latte
Ingredients
- ½ cup water
- 2 chai tea bags
- 2 teaspoons zero calorie all-natural sweetener
- 1 ½ cup ice
- ¾ cup unsweetened Almond milk
Instructions
- Bring the water to a boil (in a kettle, in a mug in the microwave, or on the stove top in a pan).
- Add tea bags and steep for 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, fill a large (16-ounce) cup with ice, and top with almond milk.
- After 5 minutes of steeping, remove and discard the tea bags and stir in the zero calorie all-natural sweetener.
- Pour chai tea over the almond milk and ice and serve.
