Ingredients You’ll Need:

  • ½ cup water
  • 2 chai tea bags
  • 2 teaspoons zero calorie all-natural sweetener (see recipe card)
  • 1 ½ cup ice
  • ¾ cup unsweetened Almond milk

  • Bring the water to a boil (in a kettle, in a mug in the microwave, or on the stove top in a pan).
  • Add tea bags and steep for 5 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, fill a large (16-ounce) cup with ice, and top with almond milk.
  • After 5 minutes of steeping, remove and discard the tea bags and stir in the zero calorie all-natural sweetener.
  • Pour chai tea over the almond milk and ice and serve.
