This 3 Ingredient Homemade Blueberry Yogurt recipe is easy to make, and can be made with Greek yogurt, cashew yogurt (vegan!) or any yogurt you prefer. Plus, you can use different berries, or make a mixed berry yogurt as well.
Ingredients You’ll Need:
- ½ cup Greek yogurt cashew (or plain yogurt also works)
- ½ cup frozen blueberries
- 2 tablespoons zero calorie all natural sugar (see recipe card)

Healthy Blueberry Yogurt Meal Prep and Storage
Meal Prep: These make great meal prep breakfasts! I recommend making these the night before, but you can do it 3-4 days ahead of time. Simply make the recipe and store in an airtight container for later.
Storage: Will hold in the fridge for 5 days. Not ideal for freezer storage.
Serving: Any leftovers can be served as before, or added to a blender with some frozen fruit to turn into a smoothie.

Low Calorie Blueberry Yogurt
Ingredients
- ½ cup Greek yogurt cashew or plain yogurt also works
- ½ cup frozen blueberries
- 2 tablespoons zero calorie all natural sugar or maple syrup
Instructions
- In a microwave safe bowl combine frozen blueberries and sugar.
- Microwave on high for one minute until the berries have thawed and spilled out some of their juices. Do not drain, leave the juice in the bowl.
- Add the yogurt to the bowl, mix together with the blueberries.
- The yogurt will thin out as you continue to stir it into the blueberry juices, once all is combined and the yogurt takes on a beautiful purple hew , it’s ready to serve.

- Add 1 teaspoon lemon zest for Blueberry Lemon Yogurt
- Swap out the blueberries for frozen berry medley for Mixed Berry Yogurt
- Add 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract to make Vanilla Blueberry Yogurt
- Swap out the blueberries for frozen strawberries to make Chunky Strawberry Yogurt
- Instead of blueberries, use frozen peach slices, after microwaving, crush with a fork, and add to make Homemade Peach Yogurt
