  • 1 medium onion sliced
  • 1 bell pepper sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons light cream cheese
  • ⅓ cup chicken broth or vegetable broth
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning

Ingredients
 
 

  • Olive oil spray
  • 4 pork chops
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 cup mushrooms sliced
  • 1 medium onion sliced
  • 1 bell pepper sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons light cream cheese
  • cup chicken broth or vegetable broth
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Spray a skillet with olive oil and heat over medium-high heat. Add the pork chops and brown on both sides. Then add to the slow cooker.
  • Sprinkle the pork chops with salt and pepper and add in the remaining ingredients.
  • Cover and cook the crockpot pork chops for 3-4 hours on HIGH or 6-8 hours on LOW.
  • 30 minutes before serving, move the pork chops to a plate, then mix the veggies together so the sauce develops.
  • Add the pork chops back to the slow cooker, and cook for the remaining 30 minutes uncovered.
  • Serve hot over mashed potatoes or along side a crisp salad.
