How to Make Low Calorie Pork Chops in a Crockpot:
- Spray a skillet with olive oil and heat over medium-high heat. Add the pork chops and brown on both sides. Then add to the slow cooker.
- Sprinkle the pork chops with salt and pepper and add in the remaining ingredients.
- Cover and cook the crockpot pork chops for 3-4 hours on HIGH or 6-8 hours on LOW.
- 30 minutes before serving, move the pork chops to a plate, then mix the veggies together so the sauce develops.
- Add the pork chops back to the slow cooker, and cook for the remaining 30 minutes uncovered.
- Serve hot over mashed potatoes or along side a crisp salad.
