How to Make Healthy Cranberry Detox Tea

The best time to have this apple cider vinegar and cranberry juice tea is first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. You can really boost weight loss by having a serving before lunch and dinner as well. As a bonus, this helps you eat less during those meals!

Even though the recipe is for 4 servings, you can have more than one serving at a time. I like to have 1/2 of the pot first thing in the morning and chill the rest. Then I have it as an “iced” tea version later in the day, it’s the perfect afternoon drink!

How to Make Low Calorie Cranberry Tea:

  1. Add the water and teabags to a medium sized sauce pan.
  2. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, and then remove the pot from the heat.
  3. Add in the cranberry juice, apples cider vinegar and lemon juice to the tea, along with any optional add-ins.
  4. Steep for 5 minutes, and then strain into a large coffee mug and serve.
