Lose Weight By Eating
With Starbucks coming out with their line of Oleato Coffee, this new combination is about to become the hot new trend.
Thankfully, you can make the drink in a low calorie and low sugar way. So you can enjoy all the benefits of adding olive oil to coffee, without breaking your calorie budget (or the bank).
Special Tip: I like to use this low calorie all-natural sweetener in this recipe, but you can use regular sugar and it will only increase the calories by 30 calories per drink.

Instructions

  • Brew coffee or espresso, add all natural zero calorie sweetener to the coffee when it's still hot. Mix well to dissolve and then chill in the fridge for 1-4 hours (you don't have to chill it, but it will stop the ice from melting too quickly).
  • In a tall glass of cocktail mixer combine the almond milk and the olive oil. Whisk vigorously to incorporate the olive oil into the milk.
  • Fill the glass of milk and olive oil with ice and then pour the coffee over the ice.
  • Serve chilled.
