Ingredients You’ll Need:
- ½ cup strong brewed coffee (or 2 shots espresso)
- 1 packet Zero Calorie All-Natural Sweetener (see recipe card)
- ¾ cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1-2 teaspoons Extra Virgin olive oil
- 1 ½ cups ice

Meal Prep: You can meal prep these so easily! Make the full drink ad instructed (skip the ice) add each serving into a jar (it’s ok if there is room left) and store in the fridge for later.
Storage: Will hold for 6 days in the fridge.
Serving: Add ice to the jar and enjoy.

Low Calorie Coffee with Olive Oil
Equipment
- Tall Glass
- Whisk
Ingredients
- ½ cup strong brewed coffee or 2 shots espresso
- 1 packet Zero Calorie All-Natural Sweetener or 2 tablespoons sugar
- ¾ cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1-2 teaspoons Extra Virgin olive oil
- 1 ½ cups ice
Instructions
- Brew coffee or espresso, add all natural zero calorie sweetener to the coffee when it's still hot. Mix well to dissolve and then chill in the fridge for 1-4 hours (you don't have to chill it, but it will stop the ice from melting too quickly).
- In a tall glass of cocktail mixer combine the almond milk and the olive oil. Whisk vigorously to incorporate the olive oil into the milk.
- Fill the glass of milk and olive oil with ice and then pour the coffee over the ice.
- Serve chilled.
