Extra Crunchy Banana and Almond Butter Toasts:

  • 1 slice of bread
  • 1 tablespoon crunchy almond butter
  • 3 strawberries sliced

Blueberry Coconut Almond Butter Toast:

  • 1 slice of bread
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter crunchy or smooth
  • ¼ cup blueberries

Instructions

  2. I have this for breakfast a lot, with various nut butters. I tend to use two slices of bread. It’s more calories but I use Ezequiel bread, which is only 80 calories a slice. So with two pieces of Ezequiel you are still only at about 300 calories.

  3. Thanks for the request Mary, I will soon. I just had hand and wrist surgery and making bread is hard stuff. But I will put it on the list for the next couple of weeks. I like to make it again and test it for all of you w/ pics and all 🙂
