- 1 slice of bread
- 1 tablespoon almond butter crunchy or smooth
- ¼ cup blueberries
- 1 tablespoons flaked coconut
- 1 teaspoon honey or agave optional
Chocolate Almond Butter Toast:
- 1 slice of bread
- 1 tablespoon almond butter crunchy or smooth
- 1 teaspoon Low Calorie Chocolate Sauce
- 1 tablespoon flaked coconut optional
Instructions
- Toast the bread to your liking (or do not toast if you prefer an almond butter bread).
- Spread over the almond butter, then top with fruits and sprinkle over any crunchy toppings (coconut, nuts).
- If desired, drizzle over honey or agave, and serve.

I have this for breakfast a lot, with various nut butters. I tend to use two slices of bread. It’s more calories but I use Ezequiel bread, which is only 80 calories a slice. So with two pieces of Ezequiel you are still only at about 300 calories.
