Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar optional
- 1 teaspoon All-Natural Zero Calorie Simple Syrup optional
- 5-8 ounces Sparkling Water or Club Soda
Instructions
- To a tall glass add the baking soda and lemon juice.
- Mix well until the baking soda has dissolved.
- Add 1/2 cup of ice, and the apple cider vinegar and simple syrup (if using).
- Slowly pour in the sparkling water (if you don’t work slowly here, it will bubble over).
- Serve over ice.
