Healthy Baked BBQ Chicken Drumsticks Meal Prep and Storage
Meal Prep: You can meal prep 2 ways. You can cook the healthy recipe completely then store for later, or add the ingredients to a bag, mix and add to the freezer for later.
Storage: Will hold in the fridge for 5 days and the freezer for a month.
Reheating: Reheat in the microwave for 1-3 minutes, or in a 350 degree oven until warmed through (about 20 minutes)

Equipment
- Rimmed Baking Sheet
Ingredients
- Olive oil spray
- 2 pounds chicken drumsticks (12 chicken legs)
- ½ cup Low Calorie BBQ Sauce
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Spray a rimmed baking sheet with olive oil.
- To a gallon freezer bag combine the chicken legs and the Low Calorie BBQ Sauce. Close and squish to mix together, and marinate in the fridge for 1-24 hours
- Arrange chicken on the baking sheet, sprinkle with salt and pepper and lightly spray the tops of the chicken with olive oil.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes or until a thermometer reads 165 degrees. Serve hot with more BBQ sauce on the side.
