Equipment

  • High Speed Blender OR Food Processor

Ingredients
 
 

Optional Add-Ins:

  • 4 tablespoons dark chocolate chips
  • 4 tablespoons flaked coconut
  • ¼ teaspoon peppermint extract try the chocolate and peppermint together for mint chocolate chip!
  • 4 tablespoons chopped pecans

Instructions
 

  • Add all the ingredients to a high speed blender or food processor.
  • Pulse to get things moving, then blend until smooth.
  • Scrape the ingredients down as needed to blend well.
  • Scoop into a lidded container or a bread pan, and cover with plastic wrap.
  • Freeze for 1-2 hours until firm, then scoop and serve.
  • Special Note: If you're adding in some optional add-ins you may want to hold 1/2 of the chocolate chips, coconut, or pecans to top the avocado ice cream with. This will give it a nice texture.
