  • ¼ cup club soda
  • 1 grapefruit wedge
  • 1 sprig rosemary (optional)

Ingredients
 
 

  • Kosher salt
  • ¼ cup fresh grapefruit juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon zero calorie all-natural simple syrup
  • 2 ounces tequila
  • ¼ cup club soda
  • 1 grapefruit wedge
  • 1 sprig rosemary optional

Instructions
 

  • Pour some kosher salt on a plate. Rub the rim of a highball glass with grapefruit wedge, then dip rim of the glass in salt.
  • To the same glass, add the grapefruit juice, lime juice, and zero calorie all-natural simple syrup. Stir until combined.
  • Add the tequila, ice, and club soda. Garnish with grapefruit wedge and rosemary sprig.
