Healthy Strawberry Water Meal Prep and Storage
Meal Prep: You can meal prep (or make party pitchers) by making the drink. Then cover (jars are great for this) and store for later.
Storage: Will hold for 2 days in the fridge, or add to the freezer for a month.

- Fruit infused water pitcher
Ingredients
- 1 lime sliced into rings
- 1 cup halved strawberries
- 1 gallon of water
Instructions
How to Make Strawberry Water in a Infusion Bottle:
- Start 6-12 hours before consuming the water.
- Combine the ingredients in a fruit infused water pitcher.
- Place in the fridge until you are ready to drink it, I like to do this the night before.
How to Make Strawberry Water in a Regular Pitcher:
- Start 6-12 hours before consuming the water.
- Combine the ingredients in a pitcher, mix and then top with 3 cups of ice. Do not mix, you want the ice to float on top to hold down the fruit.
- Place in the fridge for 6-12 hours for best flavor.
