Ingredients You’ll Need:

  • 1 cup pineapple
  • 1 cup cucumber 
  • ½ inch piece ginger 
  • Juice from 1/2 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • ⅛ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 ½ cup pineapple rind water (see recipe card)

Lose Weight By Eating
This Pineapple Detox Drink for Weight Loss is packed with fat burning, bloat reducing ingredients!
You will need a whole pineapple for this drink, so be sure to get that over frozen pineapple. Then make sure you scrub it really well (I do this with dish soap and water).
Special Tip: This drink is best drank on an empty stomach. So if you can, have it first thing in the morning before you have coffee of breakfast.

Pineapple Detox Drink for Weight Loss:

  • 1 cup pineapple
  • 1 cup cucumber peeled and cubed
  • ½ inch piece ginger peeled and sliced
  • Juice from 1/2 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 ½ cup pineapple rind water below

Pineapple Rind Water:

  • Pineapple rind/skin from whole pineapple
  • 1 liter water

Instructions
 

  • To make the pineapple rind water, first wash your pineapple very well and then slice off the rind. Add the pineapple rind and the water to a large pot and boil for 20 minutes. Then strain through a fine mesh strainer and chill in the fridge.
  • To make the pineapple detox drink combine the pineapple, cucumber, ginger, lemon juice, honey, cinnamon and pineapple rind water to a blender.
  • Pulse to get things moving, then blend until smooth.
  • Pour into a large glass and serve.
