- Juice from 1/2 lemon
- 1 tablespoon honey

Ingredients
Pineapple Detox Drink for Weight Loss:
- 1 cup pineapple
- 1 cup cucumber peeled and cubed
- ½ inch piece ginger peeled and sliced
- Juice from 1/2 lemon
- 1 tablespoon honey
- ⅛ teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 ½ cup pineapple rind water below
Pineapple Rind Water:
- Pineapple rind/skin from whole pineapple
- 1 liter water
Instructions
- To make the pineapple rind water, first wash your pineapple very well and then slice off the rind. Add the pineapple rind and the water to a large pot and boil for 20 minutes. Then strain through a fine mesh strainer and chill in the fridge.
- To make the pineapple detox drink combine the pineapple, cucumber, ginger, lemon juice, honey, cinnamon and pineapple rind water to a blender.
- Pulse to get things moving, then blend until smooth.
- Pour into a large glass and serve.
