My low grain diet is growing in popularity, and for good reason, it’s a lot easier than the low carb diet! Here are some of my favorite low grain lunches. They are all meal prep friendly, so you can take them to work.

This is a no grain lunch! However, if you prefer to have grains with your lunch, add some of my low calorie croutons to the top.

Here is another no grain lunch, perfect for those who want to have their grains at breakfast.

You can choose to make this one low grain or no grain. Just add in chips (low grain) or skip them for a no grain lunch.
