Ingredients You’ll Need:
- 1.5 ounces tequila
- ¾ ounce fresh lime juice
- ¼ teaspoon agave
- 1 cup ice
- 4 ounces sparkling water (like Topo Chico)

Meal Prep: You can meal prep (or make party pitchers) by making the drink and skipping the ice. Then cover (jars are great for this) and store for later.
Storage: Will hold for 2 days in the fridge, or add to the freezer for a month.

Equipment
- Cocktail shaker
- Spoon
Ingredients
- 1.5 ounces tequila
- ¾ ounce fresh lime juice
- ¼ teaspoon agave
- 1 cup ice
- 4 ounces sparkling water like Topo Chico
Optional Salt Rim:
- 1 lime wedge
- ½ tablespoon course salt
Instructions
Salt Rim:
- Add the salt to a shallow dish.
- Wet the rim of a rocks or margarita glass with the slice of lime.
- Gently rotate the rim into the salt to coat the edge of the glass evenly.
Skinny Margarita:
- Add the tequila, lime juice, agave, and ice to a cocktail shaker.
- Shake well to chill, then pour in the sparkling water, stir with a spoon (shaking with the other ingredients can cause it it bubble over).
- Pour the contents of the shaker (including the ice) into a glass and serve.
