Healthy Baked Apples Meal Prep and Storage

Meal Prep: You can make the full recipe ahead of time, or just the caramel sauce. Either way will work great to meal prep this dessert.
Storage: Will hold for 4-5 days in the fridge.
Reheating: This is great hot or cold. To reheat, add to a microwave safe bowl and microwave for 1 minute. You can also reheat on the stovetop in a medium pan, over low heat.
