  • ¼ cup Low Calorie Granola (see recipe card below)
  • 1 tablespoon mini chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon Low Calorie Chocolate Sauce (see recipe card below)
  • 1 tablespoon Low Calorie Caramel Sauce (see recipe card below)

Healthy Apple Nachos Meal Prep and Storage

Meal Prep: You can make the granola and the chocolate sauce ahead of time so that all you have to do is assemble this healthy snack. You can also cut the apples ahead of time, but you will want to toss them in fresh lemon juice to stop them from browning. I recommend just getting the toppings prepped.
Storage: Leftovers will hold for the fridge for 1-2 days. The apples may brown, but they have not gone bad, it’s just what happens when exposed to air (oxidation).

I like to make my own granola and chocolate sauce, it helps me control what goes into them, but you can absolutely get store-bought instead. I recommend getting organic granola and chocolate sauce so you ensure there are no unhealthy preservatives or chemicals.
Special Tip: I like Granny Smith apples for this, but any apple will work!
