This Low Calorie Apple Galette is just 140 calories and so easy to make! You don't even have to skin the apples!I like use sweet apples, like honey crisp for this recipe. But any apples or a mix of apples will work too.Special Tip: If you have it, swap out the cinnamon for Pumpkin Pie Spice for a wonderful Fall flavor.

- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons Zero Calorie All-Natural Sugar or regular sugar
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 Low Calorie Pie Crust or store-bought
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees
- To a large bowl combine the sliced apples, vanilla extract, cornstarch, sugar and cinnamon. Mix well to combine and then set aside while you make the Low Calorie Pie Crust.
- Assemble the low calorie pie crust and roll out onto a large piece of parchment paper.
- Move the parchment paper with the dough to a baking sheet.
- Use a slotted spoon to scoop the apples into the center of the dough, making sure to leave any excess liquid in the bowl.
- Spread the apples out a little so that the center of the dough is covered in apples. With 1 inch of dough left untouched around the edges.
- With wet hands (so the dough doesn’t stick) fold the dough over the apples (see photo).
- In a small bowl, whisk the egg, then brush the egg over the crust.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Use a pizza cutter or sharp knife to slice into 8 slices and serve.
