Ingredients You’ll Need:
- 2 Chai Tea Bags
- ½ cup water
- ¾ cup Unsweetened Almond milk (Or Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk)
- 2 teaspoons Zero Calorie All Natural Sweetener (see recipe card)

Healthy Homemade Chai Latte Meal Prep and Storage
Meal Prep: You can make the lattes ahead of time and reheat later. Just add to a jar and cover with a lid, and pop in the fridge for later.
Storage: Will hold for 5 days in the fridge.
Serving: Reheat in the microwave for 2-3 minutes or the stovetop on low until hot. Or make it iced and pour over ice.

Ingredients
- 2 Chai Tea Bags
- ½ cup water
- ¾ cup Unsweetened Almond milk (Or Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk)

Instructions
- Brew the chai tea bags and water according to the package.
- Heat the milk and sweetener in a small sauce pan on medium low heat. Once warmed whisk briskly and constantly to create foam. (Or just warm together if you prefer no foam)
- Remove from heat, stir the milk into the tea, and serve.
Special Tip:
- To make a Vanilla Chai Tea Latte, use Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk.
