Meal Prep: You can rice the cauliflower ahead of time, store and cook later. Or Cook and cool then add to meal prep containers with your favorite proteins.
Storage: Will hold in the fridge for 6 days and the freezer for a month.
Reheating: Add to a skillet over medium low heat, cook uncovered, mixing often until warm (5-10 minutes).

- 1 head cauliflower

How to Make Cauliflower Rice:
- Remove any greens from your cauliflower head.
- Wash and dry cauliflower
- Cheese Grater Method: Cut the cauliflower into large chunks and use the medium-sized holes, to grate.
- Food Processor Method: Cut into small pieces and use the grater attachment to grate the cauliflower.
- Knife Method: Use a large knife to finely chop the cauliflower into smaller rice-sized pieces.
- Blender Method: Add cauliflower florets to a blender and pulse until small pieces form, about 15 to 60 seconds, scraping the cauliflower down as needed.
How to Cook Cauliflower Rice:
- Heat a large pan over medium heat.
- Add the cauliflower rice in a single layer.
- Stir and cook for 3-5 minutes, until the rice becomes tender and the excess liquid cooks off.
