How to Make Low Calorie Spinach Smoothies

I realize it seams strange to have blender cleaning instructions in the directions below. But as I said, I have created 100’s of smoothie recipes, and this really is super important.

If you wait even 10 minutes after pouring your smoothie into a glass, the blender will be a nightmare to clean! But if you rinse it out right away, it’s a breeze!

How to Make Spinach Smoothies:

  1. Add the spinach smoothie ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth, adding more almond milk 1/8 of a cup at a time to reach desired thickness.
  3. Pour into a glass and immediately rinse your blender out (to stop the ingredients from sticking to the inside).
  4. Serve cold.

Lose Weight By Eating
These 10 Low Calorie Spinach Smoothies are healthy and delicious. Spinach has virtually no flavor, so adding it to smoothies means you won't even taste it!
I like use unsweetened almond milk in my smoothies (it naturally boosts metabolism!) but you can use your preferred milk or water.
Special Tip: You can skip the ice if you freeze your fruit ahead of time.
