How to Make Low Calorie Spinach Smoothies
I realize it seams strange to have blender cleaning instructions in the directions below. But as I said, I have created 100’s of smoothie recipes, and this really is super important.
If you wait even 10 minutes after pouring your smoothie into a glass, the blender will be a nightmare to clean! But if you rinse it out right away, it’s a breeze!

How to Make Spinach Smoothies:
- Add the spinach smoothie ingredients to a blender.
- Blend until smooth, adding more almond milk 1/8 of a cup at a time to reach desired thickness.
- Pour into a glass and immediately rinse your blender out (to stop the ingredients from sticking to the inside).
- Serve cold.
