Ingredients in Low Calorie Power Greens Smoothies
Power greens are a type of greens (or salad) mix that you can buy at the grocery store. It typically is a mix of baby spinach, mizuna, chard, and kale. But some brands have even more varieties of greens.
This supercharged greens mixture is great for making a healthy green smoothie. But with all those greens, you need a lot to cover up the flavor. And this tropical smoothie is just the right sweetness and flavor to cover up the greens.
You could absolutely use a different blend of greens. If this is your first time trying green smoothies, I recommend baby spinach, green smoothie veterans might prefer kale or the super greens mixture.
