Ingredients You’ll Need
- 2 lbs tilapia fillets
- Olive oil spray
- 2 teaspoons Homemade Taco Seasoning (or store-bought)

Meal Prep: You can make the tilapia ahead of time, cook and cool, then add to individual meal prep containers. Then store in the fridge.
Storage: Will hold for 5 days in the fridge, it’s not great in the freezer but if you want to freeze it, it will hold for 1 month.
Reheating: Add 1 tablespoon water or lime juice to a pan, add the fish and cover. Cook on the stove top over medium low heat for 5 minutes flipping once, covering in-between the flipping.

Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium high heat. Or a grill pan on the stove top over high heat.
- Spray oil on both sides of tilapia filets.
- Sprinkle with taco seasoning.
- Place on the hot grill/pan, and cook for 3 minutes, flip and grill for an additional 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat, and serve hot.
