I adapted this recipe from a lime ginger salad dressing in my best selling cookbook Lose Weight By Eating Detox Week. It goes atop a grilled veggie salad in the cookbook and is absolutely amazing!

You can also add this dressing to Asian inspired salads, it’s great over strawberry spinach salads, and just about any salad recipe out there.

How to Make Low Calorie Ginger Salad Dressing

I’m a big fan of making salad dressings in jars. You just add all of the ingredients, clover/close and shake. As a bonus, you don’t have to move leftovers of the dressing to another container to store in the fridge!

You can also make this dressing in a bowl with a whisk or fork, choose what method works best for you. It won’t change the flavor of this salad dressing.

  • 3 teaspoons maple syrup
