Ingredients You’ll Need:

  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
  • 2 garlic cloves 
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 3 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons water (and more to thin the dressing)
  • 3 teaspoons maple syrup
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper (optional)

Meal Prep: You can make this healthy recipe ahead of time and chill in the fridge for later. Combine all the ingredients in a storage container, mix well and cover. Then place in the fridge for later.

Ingredients
 
 

  • Juice of 2 limes

Instructions
 

  • To a jar or bowl combine the ginger salad dressing ingredients.
  • Close the jar and shake well, or whisk the ingredients together.
  • Pour over your favorite salads, this dressing is great on just about any salad!
