Ingredients You’ll Need:
- 1 ounce gin
- ½ ounce lemon juice
- ½ ounce all natural zero calorie simple syrup (see recipe card)
- 3 ounces Champagne (or sparkling white wine)
- Lemon twist

Meal Prep: You can meal prep these, but they will go flat. It’s better to make them in the moment, or a big pitcher for a party.
Storage: Will hold for 2 days in the fridge, but it will go flat.

Equipment
- Cocktail shaker
Ingredients
- 1 ounce gin
- ½ ounce lemon juice
- ½ ounce all natural zero calorie simple syrup
- 3 ounces Champagne or sparkling white wine
- Lemon twist
Instructions
- To a shaker with ice, add the gin, lemon juice and zero calorie simple syrup.
- Shake for 30-60 seconds, until well-chilled.
- Strain the French 75 cocktail into a Champagne flute, and top with the Champagne.
- Garnish with a lemon twist.
