  • ½ ounce lemon juice
  • ½ ounce all natural zero calorie simple syrup
  • 3 ounces Champagne or sparkling white wine
  • Lemon twist

Healthy French 75 Cocktail Meal Prep and Storage

Meal Prep: You can meal prep (or make party pitchers) by making the drink and skipping the ice. Then cover (jars are great for this) and store for later.
Storage: Will hold for 2 days in the fridge, or add to the freezer for 2 weeks (it won’t freeze solid thanks to the booze).
Serving: Pour over ice and enjoy.

We used our favorite all natural zero calorie sweetener to make this gin and champagne cocktail low in calories, and zero grams of sugar.

  • To a shaker with ice, add the gin, lemon juice and zero calorie simple syrup.
  • Shake for 30-60 seconds, until well-chilled.
  • Strain the French 75 cocktail into a Champagne flute, and top with the Champagne.
  • Garnish with a lemon twist.
