Ingredients You’ll Need:

  • 2 cups almond flour (fine ground)
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • ⅓ cup maple syrup (or honey)
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup chocolate chips
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Healthy Edible Protein Brownie Batter Meal Prep and Storage

Meal Prep: This makes a great meal prep snack. Make the protein brownie batter and roll into balls. Add to a baking sheet and freeze for 3 hours, then move to a freezer bag and sore in the freezer for later. You can also store it in small containers in the fridge.
Storage: Will hold in the fridge for 5 days, and in the freezer for 1 month.

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • cup maple syrup or honey
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil melted
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup chocolate chips
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions
 

  • Add the almond flour, maple syrup, coconut oil, vanilla and salt to a medium bowl.
  • Mix together until combined, fold in the chocolate chips and enjoy.
  • Storage Tip: I like to roll these into 20 cookie dough balls, and freeze them.
