Juicer Ingredients:

  • 2 large English cucumber
  • 1 apple
  • 1 lime peeled and quartered

Blender Ingredients:

  • 2 large English cucumber
  • 1 apple
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice

Instructions
 

How to Make in a Blender:

  • Roughly chop the cucumbers and apple, keeping the skin on.
  • Place the cucumber, apple, water, and lime juice in a blender. Blend on high until liquid.
  • Pass the juice through a fine mesh sieve to strain out the pulp.
  • Discard the pulp and drink immediately.

How to Make in a Juicer:

  • Wash and quarter the cucumbers so they will fit in your juicer.
  • Feed the cucumbers, apple and lime slices through the juicer.
  • Serve immediately.
