How to Make Healthy Cloud Bread
By using parchment paper you won’t have to worry about the cloud breads sticking to the baking sheet. As a bonus you also won’t have much clean up.
But you could also use a non-stick baking sheet to make these skinny cloud breads.


How to Make Healthy Cloud Bread:
- Preheat oven to 300° degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- With a countertop mixer or handheld mixer whip the egg whites & cream of tartar on high speed until stiff peaks form.
- In a separate large bowl mix egg yolks and greek yogurt until smooth.
- To the egg yolks gently fold in 1 cup of the egg white mixture until well combined. Then add the remaining egg whites and fold in until just until combined.
- Divide the batter into 6 equal portions on the prepared baking sheet. Then spread out until about 1/2 inch thick.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Remove from the oven and immediately move to a wire rack and cool completely for at least 60 minutes.
