This Low Calorie Moscow Mule Recipe is just 131 calories and tastes just as good as the original. Plus it’s made with easy to find ingredients. I made one simple modification to this Moscow mule drink, and it still makes this low calorie cocktail perfect for the traditionalist cocktail lover.
Ingredients You’ll Need:
- 2 ounces vodka
- ½ ounce lime juice
- 3 ounces ginger beer zero calorie and all natural (see recipe card)
- Lime wedge

Skinny Moscow Mule Meal Prep and Storage
Meal Prep: You can meal prep (or make party pitchers) by making the drink and skipping the ice. Then cover (jars are great for this) and store for later.
Storage: Will hold for 2 days in the fridge, or add to the freezer for a month.
Serving: Pour over ice and enjoy.

Ingredients

- 3 ounces ginger beer zero calorie and all natural
- Lime wedge
Instructions
- Add vodka and lime juice to a Moscow Mule mug, or highball glass
- Top with ice, and pour the ginger beer over the ice
