Ingredients
1. Lemon Salt Water
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- ⅛ teaspoon Himalayan pink salt
- 1 cup water
2. Lemon Lime Salt Water
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- ⅛ teaspoon Himalayan pink salt
- 1 cup water
3. Apple Cider Vinegar Lemon Salt Water
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- ⅛ teaspoon Himalayan pink salt
- 1 cup water
4. Ginger Lemon Salt Water
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- ⅛ teaspoon Himalayan pink salt
- ¼ teaspoon fresh grated ginger
- 1 cup water
5. Cayenne Lemon Salt Water
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- ⅛ teaspoon Himalayan pink salt
- ⅛ teaspoon cayenne powder
- 1 cup water
Instructions
Make it Hot:
- Heat the water in a kettle, on the stovetop, or in the microwave.
- Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Once the salt is dissolved, drink quickly. If you dislike the flavor, you can add in 1 teaspoon honey or agave.
Make it Cold:
- To a tall glass add all the ingredients.
- Mix well, the salt will not completely dissolve in the cold method.
- Drink like a shooter, if you find this method difficult, try the hot version above.
