Ingredients
- 3 beets washed
- 1 lemon peeled
- 1/2- inch piece of ginger peeled

How to Make Beetroot Juice in a Juicer:
- Add the ingredients to the juicer, and juice according to manufacture’s instructions.
- Pour into glasses, or over ice if you prefer it chilly.
- Drink immediately (on an empty stomach) for best results.
How to Make Beet Juice in a Blender:
- Quarter the beets, lemon and the ginger and add to a blender, along with 1 cup of water.
- Pulse until the ingredients get moving, then blend on high.
- Blend until smooth, adding more water 1/4 cup at a time as needed.
- Pour the blended beets through a find strainer, and discard the pulp.
- Drink immediately (on an empty stomach) for best results.
How to Make Beet Juice Taste Better:
- Add an apple to the recipe to boost sweetness.
- Blend ice in the juicer to chill everything.
