- 1 teaspoon matcha powder
- ¼ cup hot water
- 1 teaspoon low calorie all natural honey (see recipe card)
- 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder (optional)
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

Healthy Matcha Iced Latte Meal Prep and Storage
Meal Prep
- Individual Servings – Brew the tea and make the lattes as directed below in a jar with a lid- do not add ice. Place in the fridge for the next day. Then pour over ice, or add ice to the jar to serve.
- Large Servings – Brew the tea and mix together with caramel. Add to a pitcher, and chill in the fridge. Pour into glasses filled with ice, top with almond milk and serve.
Storage
- Fridge Storage – Cover and store in the fridge for 2-3 days.
- Freezer Storage – Pour any leftover latte into ice cube molds, and freeze solid (about 4 hours). Then pop out of the mold and move to a freezer bag to avoid freezer burn. Will hold for 1 month in the freezer and is great in lattes and smoothies.

Ingredients
- 1 cup ice
- 1 teaspoon matcha powder
- ¼ cup hot water
- 1 teaspoon low calorie all natural honey or maple syrup
- 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder optional
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
Instructions
- Fill a large glass with ice, set aside.
- To a mug or cup combine the matcha powder and water.
- Whisk together until lumps are removed.
- Add in the honey, protein powder (if using) and whisk until dissolved.
- Pour into the ice filled glass, top with almond milk and serve cold.
