Pumpkin Latte:

  • Β½Β cupΒ strong brewed coffeeΒ (or 1 shot of espresso)

Healthy Pumpkin Cold Foam Meal Prep and Storage

Meal Prep:Β You can meal prep these so easily! Make the iced latte as instructed (skip the ice) add each serving into a jar (it’s ok if there is room left) and store in the fridge for later.Β You can make the cold foam when you’re ready to serve.
Storage:Β Will hold for 6 days in the fridge.Β 
Serving:Β Add ice to the jar, top with cold foam and enjoy.

I know what you're thinking, the foam and the latte have the same ingredients, why do I mix them separately? Here's the reason: this foam is also made over cold brew depending on how you like it. So if you want to only make the foam, you can do that and add to cold brew coffee.
On that note, you can also make the latte, scoop out 3 tablespoons into a separate cup, add the pumpkin puree and froth it.
Special Tip: Make sure you get pumpkin puree, not pumpkin pie filling. It will increase the calories quite a lot.

  • 2 teaspoons Zero Calorie All-Natural Sweetener or coconut sugar, monk fruit, or raw sugar

Pumpkin Latte:

  • Β½ cup strong brewed coffee or 1 shot of espresso
  • Β½ cup unsweetened almond milk or milk of your choice
  • ΒΌ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1.5 tablespoons pumpkin puree
  • ΒΌ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon Zero Calorie All-Natural Sweetener or coconut sugar, monk fruit, or raw sugar

Instructions

Make the Latte:

  • In a 3 cup measuring cup (or a 3 cup jar) combine the hot coffee, milk, pumpkin pie spice, pumpkin puree, vanilla, and chosen sweetener.
  • Mix well with a spoon until all of the ingredients are incorporated.
  • Fill a glass with ice and, and pour the pumpkin latte.

Make the Cold Foam:

  • To a glass, add all the ingredients, use a frother to froth the ingredients together until the mixture has tripled in size.
  • Spoon the froth over the pumpkin spice latte (or cold brew coffee) and serve cold.
