This Low Calorie Italian Dressing is just 10 calories per tablespoon, it has no oil, is low carb and low sugar and is wonderful on salads and in marinates. As I note in the recipe card, you can add oil to this if you’re using it in a marinade. But I like to make it without the oil to save more calories.

- ½ cup vegetable broth
- ¼ cup red wine vinegar
- ½ tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon grated parmesan
