Ingredients
- 1 pound ground chicken
- 2 green onions thinly sliced
- 2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 4 cups shredded cabbage
- 2 large carrots shredded
- 3 tablespoons reduced sodium soy sauce
- ½ teaspoon sesame oil
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat, add in the ground chicken. Break it up with a wooden spoon. When browned and crumbled, drain any fat and start adding the remaining ingredients.
- To the chicken, add the green onions, ginger, garlic, cabbage and carrots. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the cabbage is tender, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in soy sauce and sesame oil and cook for 1 minute.
- Serve hot.
