Ingredients
- ½ cup zero calorie all-natural honey or regular honey
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Instructions
- To a small bowl, add the honey, and then the pepper flakes.
- Mix well, and store for up to a week in the fridge.
- Add to marinades, salad dressings, or drizzle over wings, burgers, or pizza.
