This homemade cranberry sauce is simple and easy. Ingredients
- 2 tangerines
- 3 cups cranberries fresh or frozen
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions
- Zest the tangerines into a small sauce pot. Then peel and add the tangerine segments to the pot.
- Add in the cranberries, cinnamon and maple syrup and bring to a simmer over medium-low heat.
- Cook for 15 minutes, mixing often, until the cranberries soften and start to pop.
- Remove from heat and cool. Store in the fridge for up to a week.
