Ingredients
 
 

  • 2 tangerines
  • 3 cups cranberries fresh or frozen
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey

Instructions
 

  • Zest the tangerines into a small sauce pot. Then peel and add the tangerine segments to the pot.
  • Add in the cranberries, cinnamon and maple syrup and bring to a simmer over medium-low heat.
  • Cook for 15 minutes, mixing often, until the cranberries soften and start to pop.
  • Remove from heat and cool. Store in the fridge for up to a week.
