This Low Calorie Stir Fry Sauce Recipe is healthy, and can be made gluten-free and vegan. You can use this healthy stir fry sauce on veggie, chicken, beef, and tofu stir fry recipes!
Ingredients You’ll Need:
- ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce (or gluten free Tamari)
- ¼ cup water
- 1 ½ tablespoon maple syrup (or honey)
- 1 tablespoon packed light brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- ¼ teaspoon toasted sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons fresh ginger
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch

Healthy Stir Fry Sauce Meal Prep and Storage
Meal Prep: You can make this healthy recipe ahead of time and chill in the fridge for later. Combine all the ingredients in a storage container, mix well and cover. Then place in the fridge for later.
Storage: Will hold in the fridge for 5 days.

Ingredients

Instructions
- To a medium bowl combine all the ingredients.
- Mix well to combine, whisking to break up any cornstarch lumps.
- Use in your favorite stir fry recipes, and store in an air tight container for up to a week in the fridge.
