Low Calorie Cobb Salad Dressing

Healthy Cobb Salad Dressing

This Low Calorie Cobb Salad Dressing is just 32 calories, has no oil and is a healthy alternative to the traditional Cobb salad dressing (that calls for a full cup of oil!). A reader requested a low calorie Cobb salad and so I got started researching and recipe testing. I thought all the calories would be in the bacon, cheese, and avocado. But what shocked me was that the traditional Cobb salad dressing had 250-350 calories per 1/4 cup!

Special Tip: You can swap out the greek yogurt for unsweetened cashew yogurt and maple syrup for the honey to make this salad dressing vegan!
