  • 1 ounce lemon juice

This easy lemon drop martini recipe is low in calories, while still packing a punch.
I use zero calorie (all natural!) simple syrup to cut calories without changing the flavor or strength of the lemon cocktail.
Comes with directions for optional sugar rim… this will increase calories by about 20 per drink.

Optional Sugar Rim Directions:

  • Rub the rim of the martini glass with a lemon wedge, dip into sugar to coat the rim, set aside.

How to make Lemon Drops:

  • Add the vodka, triple sec, lemon juice and zero calorie simply syrup to a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.
  • Strain into the prepared glass.
