This Low Calorie Lemon Drop Martini Recipe is “skinny” without sacrificing flavor or potency! Now you can make skinny vodka lemon cocktails from the comfort of your own home.
Ingredients You’ll Need:
- 2 ounces vodka
- ½ ounce triple sec
- 1 ounce lemon juice
- 1 ounce zero calorie simple syrup (see recipe card)

Healthy Lemon Drop Martini Meal Prep and Storage
Meal Prep: You can meal prep (or make party pitchers) by making the drink and skipping the ice. Then cover (jars are great for this) and store for later.
Storage: Will hold for 2 days in the fridge, or add to the freezer for a month.
Serving: Pour and enjoy.

- Cocktail shaker
Ingredients
Optional Sugar Rim:
- Sugar
- Lemon Wedge
Lemon Drop Martini Ingredients:
- 2 ounces vodka
- ½ ounce triple sec
- 1 ounce lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1 ounce zero calorie simple syrup
Instructions
Optional Sugar Rim Directions:
- Rub the rim of the martini glass with a lemon wedge, dip into sugar to coat the rim, set aside.
How to make Lemon Drops:
- Add the vodka, triple sec, lemon juice and zero calorie simply syrup to a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.
- Strain into the prepared glass.
