Ingredients
 
 

  • 3 Turkey or Chicken Italian sausages
  • 2 red bell peppers chopped
  • 24 ounces fingerling potatoes quartered lengthwise
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375º.
  • To a large cast iron skillet, or 9×13 baking dish, combine the sausages, bell peppers, potatoes, garlic, salt and pepper.
  • Toss to mix well, then add to the oven for 25-30 minutes.
  • Half way through cooking, toss the ingredients to avoid burning.
  • Once cooked through, (the sausages and potatoes will be browned) add one sausage to each plate. Divide the potatoes and bell peppers between the 3 plates, and serve hot.

How to Cook Italian Sausage in the Oven:

  • Bake at 350º for 25-30 minutes
  • Bake at 375º for 25-30 minutes
  • Bake at 400º for 20-25 minutes
  • Bake at 425º for 15-20 minutes
  • Bake at 450º for 10-15 minutes
