Ingredients You’ll Need:
- ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce (or gluten free Tamari)
- ¼ cup water
- 1 ½ tablespoon honey (or maple syrup for vegan)
- 1 tablespoon packed light brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- ¼ teaspoon toasted sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons fresh ginger
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch

Meal Prep: You can make this healthy recipe ahead of time and chill in the fridge for later. Combine all the ingredients in a storage container, mix well and cover. Then place in the fridge for later.
Storage: Will hold in the fridge for 5 days, does not hold well in the fridge.

Ingredients

- To a medium bowl combine all of the low calorie teriyaki sauce ingredients.
- Mix well and set aside to marinade for 10 minutes.
