Ingredients
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 1 small red onion chopped
- 3 slices cooked bacon crumbled
- 1 cup raisins or dried cranberries
- ¼ cup sunflower seeds
Bacon Broccoli Salad Dressing:
- ½ cup Greek yogurt
- ⅓ cup all-natural zero calorie sugar
- 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- ⅛ cup water
Instructions
- To a medium bowl, combine the dressing ingredients and mix well. Set aside to marinate.
- To a large bowl, add the broccoli, onion, bacon, raisins or cranberries, and sunflower seeds. Toss together.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss until well coated.
- Store in the fridge until ready to eat, best served cold.
